DELIVERY, TRACKING & SUBSCRIPTIONS

  • After 11AM EST – Orders placed after 11AM EST will be processed the following business day.
  • Friday Orders – Orders placed after 11AM EST on Fridays, will be processed the following Monday.
  • Next Day – Next Day orders placed Friday before 11AM EST will be delivered the following Monday.
  • Shipment Days – Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding scheduled fulfillment center closures.
  • Weekends – We do not process, ship or deliver orders on Saturdays or Sundays.
  • Notifications – You will receive an email notification once your order ships.
  • Tracking – Allow approximately 3 – 5 business days (Monday – Friday) for tracking information to update.
  • Subscriptions – Combined shipping of separate subscription orders is not currently available. Each individual subscription is sent to our fulfillment warehouse as a unique fulfillment request and cannot be combined with other orders. If you would like to combine or make changes to your existing subscriptions, please login to your account, cancel your existing subscription orders and set-up a new subscription that contains all products you would like to receive in one shipment on an ongoing basis.
  • Signature Required (USA Only / No PO Boxes) – For insurance purposes, all orders over $200 are automatically shipped with a signature required upon delivery at our expense. We want to ensure you will receive your product safe and sound. We suggest you provide an address where you are available to sign for the package during normal business hours. If, for any reason, you are not available to sign for the package at the time of delivery, the carrier will hold the package at their local office for your convenience.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

  • Ship To Countries – We currently support shipments to the following countries: Armenia, Australia, Belgium, Bulgaria, China, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, India, Ireland, Israel, Japan, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Mauritius, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom
  • Duties & TaxesPlease note that customs fees, taxes, duties or tariffs and carrier brokerage fees (if applicable) are included in your order amount at checkout. If you are unsure of your country’s import policies, please check with them before ordering.
  • Identification – Customs offices in some countries require the recipient (importer of record) to provide a particular form of identification before releasing a shipment. You may be required to provide an identification number such as a Unique Identification Number, CPF, or Tax ID.
  • Import Policies – Customs and import policies in some countries prohibit the importing of dietary and/or homeopathic supplements for personal use. It is your responsibility to check your country’s policies. Please do not order items that are illegal to import into your country. Laws are different in every country and it is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of our products to your country. Some countries may require various types of import licenses. We will not knowingly ship any products to any countries that may require any type of license and will not be held responsible or liable for any problems that result at your local customs office.
  • Extended Coverage Areas – Additional charges may apply for “Extended Coverage Areas” with international shipping depending if the shipping address is outside of standard shipping routes. You will be contacted for authorization if any additional fees apply.
  • Delayed Package – Due to the import clearance process in your country and depending on the shipping method you chose, international shipments can take up to 60 business days to clear customs. An order will not be considered ‘lost’ until 60 business days from the date of shipment. We are unable to process claims until the 30 business days period has passed. In the event your order has been lost, you must contact our customer support department at customers@hcfscience.com and report it as lost to us within 60 calendar days of purchase. Depending on your location, courier selection, and any history of similar problems, we’ll work to help resolve this issue with you. Orders that haven't been reported within 60 calendar days will not be eligible for refund. If the product(s) you ordered is rejected by your local officials and sent back to us, we will refund the amount of the product purchase minus all shipping costs, customs fees, taxes, duties or tariffs, carrier brokerage fees (if applicable) and return shipping if the package is returned to us in an unopened, salable condition. We cannot process a refund on seized, damaged, opened, or non-returned items.

REPLACEMENT, STORE CREDIT & RETURNS

  • Missing Package – Couriers will frequently stash or leave the shipment with a present party (ie; property office) to prevent theft. We encourage looking around for the order and if still not located, please contact us for assistance.
  • Replacement – We’re happy to assist, please contact us with your order details.
  • Store Credit – Yes, credit can be applied via online store credit or a gift card, please contact us for further details.
  • Returns – Product purchased from HCFScience.com is eligible for return within the first 30 days of receipt. To process a return we require authorization, please contact us with your order details before sending any return. We cannot process a refund on damaged, opened, or non-returned items.
  • Authorization – Upon receiving your returned item(s) with valid authorization, a refund of the purchase price, less a $5 restocking fee and the initial shipping and handling charges, will be issued to your original payment method. If you send a return without authorization, we will not have knowledge of the return and no action will be taken.
